2024.07.27
Eighty giant screens and elaborate lighting and sound set-ups will immerse Paris in a fantastic opening show. A total of 104,000 ticketed spectators will watch the opening ceremony from the riverbank section near the water, while a further 222,000 free ticket holders will be able to watch it from stands positioned higher up, away from the water.
The lighting 3D effects have been designed by stage designer and artistic director Florian Hulleu.
